Jack reacher saw Monday night on research beforehand. Here some of my thoughts. No spoilers.First off, I would say that I agree with getting criticism in general: 4/5 stars. For me that means that it is a solid film that provides top of its genre. Jack reacher's not trying to be anything revolutionary, it kind of action thriller audiences have not seen while.This Mission Impossible or James Bond. The writer / director Christopher McQuarrie inspired by action movies 60s/early 70s and Dirty Harry (which has been the name of several reviews already), Bullitt (for car chase), and maybe another film Don Siegel, Charley The hoax. The excitement here is not over the top gimmicks or big explosions. As action movies only reference, is excited to see one very clear protagonist beating, outfight and outsmart the bad guys.Which leads me the character Jack reacher and fundiciòn, n of Tom Cruise. In a series of novels by Lee Child this movie is based, jack reacher is a former MP detective. After a life spent on military bases overseas, living like a vagabond in the United States, which follows the life of commitment to zero: No home, no job, no car, no possessions, no shackles hook ; family. Oh, and for 65 and weighs 250 lbs.Clearly Tom Cruise does not match the physical description. What makes a great character reacher books Childs, but has much less to do with the outside of what he does with his intellect. If you've read the series like me, is a little strange at first. As the movie plays, but I'm more relaxed and more in it.
