Review:
Michael Bays Pain and Gain is a very dark, very dark comedy about three knucklehead bodybuilders in the pursuit of their own American dream, even if the road is paved with sex, drugs, torture, humiliation, and even shamelessly murder . Bay is known for huge explosions, editing unstable, overly flashy / gorgeous cinematography, sexy women, fancy cars, and (recently) giant robots. The pain and gain back territory in low budget since its debut Bad Boys in 1995. The result - debauchery of the film with style - all his films. Although reduces Bay of explosions and robots (thankfully), everything else is Bay written all over it, and considering how morbid matter movie is ridiculous, Bay refers to the way in which this head-on and energetic that the public is whisked off to burn ahead.For this film, which brought together Mark Wahlberg, Dwayne Johnson and Anthony Mackie like three bumble-heads who have set their hearts in the right order, but clearly do not have the intelligence to do so.
